Every few years we witness the rise of a powerful new voice in the hip hop world that takes it to the next level. THADIUS is that voice. Armed with a microphone that he wields like a sword, this fierce lyricist is on a mission to bless the people with an element that has largely been missing from hip-hop music: positively!

THADIUS is an artist who understands the street culture of hip-hop and has the poetic flair to relate the everyday struggles of life that exists within us all. Born with the knowledge that he was meant to independently take on the industry, this hip-hop entrepreneur has been inspired by everyone from lyrical prophets such as KRS-1 and Tupac Shakur to executives like Def Jam's Russell Simmons. His goals are to shake up the industry, wake up the youth, and blaze a new path for others to follow.

The stage has been set by All Rise Records for THADIUS to release his most ambitious work to date, the debut album Rise & Shine. A story of one mans struggle
to bring about change in this difficult world at all costs. As the label's foundation artist, THADIUS will lay the groundwork on which All Rise Records will be built.

In 1992 THADIUS realized the powerful impact his music could make, when at age 16, he moved from the mean streets of LA to the conservative suburbs of OC. Being able to witness the world from both sides of the fence enlightened him with a new perspective that most other rappers couldn't speak from. THADIUS decided it was time to make a positive change in his music.

THADIUS got the chance to showcase his new found energy to the public when he made the first radio drop for The B-side hosted by Eric Cubiche and Lala on 100.3 The Beat and compete in the Friday night freestyle competition. "THADIUS was our first undefeated MC. He is definitely gonna be holding things down for a long time on the West Coast" says Cubiche.

Offers from other labels came his way, but THADIUS realized that for him to have creative control and carry out his vision he would have to do it independently. With the support of his close friends All Rise Records was born.
