Licensing
All Rise Records provides music licensing services for our entire catalog including film and television, public usage in a place of business, and other federally protected uses of our media.
We operate in a pro-artist manner that ensures all parties are fairly compensated for their musical works and the songs themselves are exposed to the widest possible audience. This win-win approach to music licensing has allowed our roster of Artists to receive the fair compensation they are due and provided our clients with a song catalog of unparalleled quality.
With both domestic and international licensing available, All Rise Records is ready to provide you with all the legally sourced sounds required to make your endeavor a success.

Licensing for Clients
At All Rise Records, we offer flexible composition and sound recording licensing, requiring four key details for requests: the specific track(s), whether you need composition rights, sound recording rights, or both, where and in what context you’ll use the music, and the desired duration. Composition covers the song’s melody, lyrics, and sheet music, while sound recording covers the artist’s actual performance—most projects need both. Terms and pricing vary by usage type, context, and length, with all agreements reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to artist approval for certain uses. We reserve the right to decline any request, and due to high volume, not all inquiries receive a response.

Licensing For Artists
All Rise Records takes a pro-artist approach to licensing, protecting your legal rights while ensuring you receive the royalties you deserve. Our team acts as your strongest advocate, managing proper licensing of your works, addressing unauthorized usage, and securing the compensation owed. With experienced legal counsel, we protect your rights in any territory, holding violators accountable and increasing your catalog’s value by ensuring only paying parties gain access. We also handle sample clearing and beat sourcing, making the process seamless so you can focus entirely on your music. Backed by over 20 years in the industry, we’re free from the limitations of larger labels, allowing us to invest directly in our artists and build lasting, successful relationships with tomorrow’s creatives.
